This Engagement Letter ("Agreement") is entered into on the date of acceptance by the client (“Client”) and between Ruth Palmon, hereinafter referred to as "Coach," and the Client. By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the provision of online coaching services. 

Services Provided 

The Coach will provide coaching services through a series of online video meetings, each lasting 50 minutes. The coaching sessions are designed to support the Client in achieving personal or professional goals. 

Schedule and Rescheduling Policy 

The schedule for sessions will be agreed upon between the Coach and the Client. 

Rescheduling is allowed if the Client provides at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. 

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or non-shows (10 minutes from start of scheduled call) will be considered as completed sessions, and the full session fee will be charged

Fees and Payment Terms

The agreed fee per session or package is as communicated prior to the first session. 

- Payment must be made in advance to secure the session(s). 

Cancellation by Coach

In the unlikely event that the Coach must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time

Termination and Refunds

 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 7 days’ written notice

No refunds will be issued for sessions already conducted or for sessions cancelled due to the Client's non-compliance with the rescheduling policy. 

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law. 

Disclaimer

The coaching services provided by the Coach are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The Client is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel
